For California State University Channel Islands, I worked on a multiyear, $100,000+ admissions and retention initiative focused on student success, equity, and institutional storytelling. A project of this scale required more than strong creative execution; it depended on building trust and working closely with students, faculty, alumni, and university leadership to understand how the institution was experienced from multiple perspectives.

Those conversations helped ensure the campaign was not only aligned with university goals, but also grounded in the real voices and experiences of the people it represented. By collaborating across departments and stakeholder groups over several years, I was able to shape a cohesive narrative through videography and photography that felt authentic, inclusive, and relevant to both prospective and current students.
